  Well the lady that took our orders was very rude and just threw the subs together. They made our sandwiches wrong. The chicken bacon ranch need swiss cheese not shredded cheese and instead of mayonnaise they put the all American sweet sauce on it. Further more I will not be back to this subway period.

  Made an online order for a pickup, an hour before I wanted to get it. Showed up 15 mins early and told the employee I had a mobile order. She gave a smartass smirk and said she didn’t have any mobile orders. I the showed the mobile receipt and she had to call her boss. He then proceeded to tell me that the order doesn’t come in until 15 mins before the pickup time and that next time I needed to be aware of that. So instead of telling his employees that or teaching them that, he says I need to be aware of it! Mind you nowhere on the app does it say that when you order. Worst customer service I’ve had in a while.

  They “may” do well with in-store orders but horrible with online orders!!! I have YET to pick up a sub AS ORDERED online from this location. Very frustrating to get all the way home to an incompletely made sandwich!!!! How hard is it to READ the order slip and make the sandwich as the CUSTOMER requested and NOT the way the subway staff wants to make it…UNLESS you are going to pay for it for me???

  This Subway went above and beyond the call of duty!!! This last Tuesday I ordered 55 sliders for pick up today (Wednesday) by 10:15. But today, I called early to add 20 more sliders to the original order. Without hesitation, they said yes. Wonderful service!!!!
