  This location is understaffed, with all the CSRs on the phone there's no one left to help the customers on the floor. Lastly I provided my exact year, make, model, and engine size to buy a replacement battery, but AutoZone still showed multiple different battery group sizes (H6, H7, etc.). Most customers aren’t interested in “will‑fit” alternatives they just want the one correct battery their vehicle was designed for. There should be a way to simply give my VIN and get the exact OEM‑specified battery size instead of sorting through several incompatible options. Shouldn't even have to pop the hood this should all be in the systems available.

  The older gentleman here knows what he’s doing unfortunately the younger guys don’t they don’t know how to look up the part that I need to get the filter off of a Toyota Camry 2012 2.5 therefore, I use the wrong thing and damage the park had to go to auto advance to get the right part ultimately cost me time and money. I will go to auto advance from now on.

  My car started running rough and it limped into Advance. The employee used a analyzer to check it and told me the issue, and sent me a half mile to Scott's Auto Repair. They were extremely courteous and explained each step required to resolve the problem. Car trouble? Go to Scott's!
