  Tom and Eugene are the absolute best!! They made a bad situation bearable 💚 i was stranded with a bad thermostat and they went out of they're way to help in any way they could!! Thank you guys so much for your kindness 💖💖 I will always be grateful for it!!

  Well I've been coming in and out this store for quite a few years and it's only getting worse. The parts are garbage. Every tool I've bought from here has broken before a years time. Now I have a ratchet wrench that won't ratchet and they don't have another one to replace the one that's broken. They have me under 3 differant names and they can never find my receipts because of this. Only a few staff members are worth dealing with and it's like they are now the harbor freight of parts and tools because nothing last. It's all cheap. I guess I'll accept another loss since management can't keep the tools and parts stocked. It's not just tool. They've given me used parts, they've given me the wrong parts, they've given me old out of date batteries, a bad transmission. I could sit here all day and mention an the garbage I've had to deal with. I mean the list just goes in and on. The responses look like a copy and paste deal because they all say the same thing except for the name that they are responding to

  I would give them less if I could. Customer service was pitiful. Price that rung up was more than price advertised. When questioned the salesman was very rude. We showed him the sign with the advertised price and he took the sign down, said it was an old sign, and refused to sell it to us for the advertised price. Don't give your money to this crappy business.
