  Employee had pajamas and house shoes on. A spray bottle of Cleaner was Sitting beside the meat slicer. There was another employee coughing. The employee that had pajamas on (I’m guessing was the manager) told the sick employee “I’m getting ready to take you home and drop you off”. They weren’t in a hurry at all with several customers in line. We will definitely drive the other direction to the other subway.

  Ariel is the sweetest worker ever!!! She remade my sandwich twice after a mistake on my end and was so nice :)

  Very slow and defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. I placed an order for 3 subs and when I arrived, they haven't made it. The worker says they're out of cookies, they couldn't make the subs yet. What does being out of cookies have anything to with making 3 subs?
