  I have been to several Subway locations over the years, and the location on Soco Road in Maggie Valley is by far the best Subway I have ever visited! The customer service from Darlene, the manager, is exceptional. She is the reason I keep coming back. Every time I visit, she’s there working hard with a smile on her face. She keeps everything fresh, fully stocked, and organized, and the bread is always soft and freshly baked. The restaurant itself is modern, spotless, and consistently clean every time I stop in. Thank you, Darlene, for always brightening my day and filling my tummy with a delicious meal. Your hard work and dedication truly make a difference!

  Ate here while out of town sandwiches were good and the lady who prepared them was very busy but was extremely nice

  Stopped at Maggie's Subway for a to-go lunch as we were headed out for a hike off of the parkway. I am usually, not thrilled to be at Subway but it was 10am so limited options. Maggie location was clean (100% rating!), the server (store manager!) was bright and cheerful and the bread was fresh and ready to go. Had a lovely conversation and perfectly crafted sandwich with the kind offer to put the sauces in a separate container so they wouldn't leak all over our daypacks. Hearing a manager brag on her high school student employees who have been with her for years was also a rare treat. We wish all of them all continued success in "The Valley." They have earned our return business!
