  My truck was having some charging issues and I wasn't sure whether it was an issue with the battery or the alternator. Mr. Luis Feliz came outside immediately with the tester and quickly determined that the battery was going bad. He let us know the cost for a replacement battery, rang us up and changed the battery, all in less than 15 minutes. Excellent customer service!

  I can always count on this Advance to have what I need. Today I got caught off guard and needed a car battery. Just to be safe I took the old battery to have it tested. The guy there tested it and gave me his honest opinion, he was super helpful. I had a very nice transaction with the Advance store in purchasing a new battery.

  They refuse to give refunds when they give you bad parts, then they get an attitude and kick you out of their store once you prove they are crooks. Bad business practices. Will never waste my money there again!
