I’ve never had a problem with this store, but I will not be going back. Lorena was very unhelpful I asked her for information about a phone and all she did was just tell me where it was in the store, she wasn’t telling me any information unless I asked she just stood behind the register the whole time and I didn’t like how we were just talking across the store. It felt like she didn’t wanna help and my husband has had the same problem with her. Just work on customer service!

As a new customer, they will push you to get the Cricket Dream phone saying it is the best option for new customers. What they don't tell you is that they are aware there is a system issue with the Dream. The phone's restart by themselves and glitch on most of the apps and do not stay connected to Wifi calling. When you go into the store within the 7 days, they will have you do a system update and say it should be fine. However, this does not fix the issue. The 7 day refund starts on the day you buy it. Which means if you buy it on Sunday, you only have until the following Saturday. They will not help you at all in the store if you show up on the next Sunday. They will tell you to call cricket yourself. I have recently purchased 2 Cricket Dream phones from them and had the exact issue with both of them. If you experience this issue, do not allow them to persuade you to wait. Immediately get it exchanged, or else you will be stuck with the phone
