  I believe his name is Ramone. Younger fella with glasses. I've been to 50 advanced autos and never got such good service from such a young member. Thanks for your help lad and Advanced auto in locust you are lucky to have him!

  Ramon R at the Locust, NC #06695 store was fantastic, friendly, and personable. He ran diagnostics on my battery and cleaned the corrosion off the terminals when I stopped in yesterday. I wanted to see if the corrosion was the issue so I decided to wait a day on the battery. I stopped in today for the battery. Ramon was with another customer so the other, older gentleman asked what I needed. I explained I needed a new battery but wanted to run diagnostics again to make sure it was the battery. He clearly did not want to run diagnostics as he made the excuse of "It's about to storm!" I told him I would come back. The said storm clouds were nowhere close. I stepped outside to calm down. I went back inside because I knew I needed a new battery. I waited on Ramon to finish up with his customer. He remembered me. He stepped back to get the battery and cart with the tools he needed. He ran the diagnostics again, installed the battery, and had me out the door within ten minutes. Ramon R is an fantastic employee and representative of Advance Auto Parts. I would suggest that older male employees be given training on interacting with female customers.

  trash service, told me part would come next day and still didnt have it 3 days prior, so I had to pay the shop I was taking my car to, to order me the part instead, let alone the part that ended up needing replacing, came from this advanced in the first place and results came back as the part was defective, if I wanted to waste my time this much I wouldve went to a junkyard for scraps
