  >$3 to print the shipping label? Nonsense, you suck Also the workers attitude sucked. I’m never coming back to this store. “We understand” blah blah…. You would have been better off to have not responded,. You sound tone deaf and it doesn’t help your cause.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for about 10 years... practically every day at this point. I’m honestly surprised they haven’t assigned me my own parking spot. The owner is always polite, friendly, and somehow still has the patience to help people figure out their Amazon returns, even when Amazon has apparently given them 14 different QR codes and no instructions. Tyler deserves a special shoutout for helping my sweet grandma email her print jobs from her phone. Anyone who can patiently walk Grandma through finding an attachment deserves either a raise, a medal, or at the very least a very long lunch break. And Elisabeth is hands down one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve ever met. She has helped me with more notary needs than I can count and always seems to know exactly what needs to be done. At this point, if Elisabeth tells me where to sign, I just sign there. After 10 years, these folks feel less like the employees at the UPS Store and more like the people I stop in to visit who also happen to ship my packages, print my stuff, notarize my documents, and occasionally rescue my family from technology. Great people, great service, and a place I’m always happy to recommend. Five stars!

  Very rude UPS drivers. Stopped and gave me a look for being in a parking spot. Then honked at me. Told my son to move instead of asking nicely and then pulls in so closely he almost hit me because he was too lazy to get the packages from another spot. there was no designated parking spots for drivers either. The people inside didn’t do anything. Was just there at 3:47.d don’t recommend.
