  Came in for lunch, stood for about 5 minutes while one of the guys paced back and forth in front of the register before finally acknowledging me. Ham was just below room temp and the lettuce was sad (white and starting to brown), the other sub was barely toasted and almost soggy. Way too much for 2 sad subs.

  Do not order online. I had 2 orders sent bone dry - no mayo, oil or dressing. Then on 3 other separate occasions, they claimed to be out of almost every ingredient I had ordered - meats, cheeses, veggies all out of stock. It's absolutely bizarre.

  I love subway. Good food at an affordable price and they are almost everywhere. The difference is always the staff. Looks like some people like to work here and some not so much. Those that don't you can spot them right away. Unfortunately is mostly the younger generation. I understand it's tough sometimes, but its not your client's fault. I do also understand that there are some difficult customers. I haven't been in this location too many times but none of them I received a smile or any nice welcoming words. I will try the other location in Lincolnton and see how's the treatment there.

  How is a sandwich place completely out of cheese and a bunch of other sandwich toppings? Why is this always an issue with this location and the one over by the dollar tree? Close down. Why have 3 crappy Subways for 1 town when we could just have 1 really good Subway that actually buys enough products for their business.

  Onlined order a Foot Long Sub. Got a call from the store shortly after ordering that they were out of bread. All types. A couple of weeks ago, they were out of flat bread and had to substitute. The employee offered a refund which she said could take up to a week to process. Come on Subway. You can do better than this!
