  Did not follow simple instructions from online order. had to wait on our order once we got there, And they still put the wrong stuff on our sandwiches. Called up there once we got home and seen our stuff was wrong and they hung up on us. We weren't even being rude about it.

  My roommate and I stopped in to get a sandwich on our way home. Got our food to go. The bread was so hard, we couldn't bite it so we ended up just eating the meat, etc. We got a grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken was dry and smelled and tasted old. My spicy Italian inside was very good. We won't go back to that Subway (in Iron Station, NC) but we won't stop eating at Subway completely. Just very disappointed with that particular one.

  Tavion did a fantastic job with my sub !! He was super chatty and respectful, all the while being very friendly to me. My sub was made to literal perfection and it felt like it was made with love! Definitely coming back!!

  This location is horrible. Waited 2 hours for my food via uber eats and had 4 drivers cancel. They wouldnt even pick up when I called to see what the issue was. It seems like the employees here cant even make a basic sandwich in a reasonable time frame.

  Employees are rude very rude. This store is always out of multiple items and the freshness factor seems to be non existent.
