  If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would give -198442589 ⭐️ because food, service, store cleanliness, workers all not good at all. For what you pay for the food, you’re still going to be hungry afterwards so that’s really sad. It’s so expensive for literally getting nothing. The store had a giant puddle in the middle you had to walk around and the 2 workers there were very slow and lie to the manager about making the sandwiches correct even though they don’t. Will definitely not be a returning customer. Worst $27 ever spent on dinner for JUST 2 pretty plain subs…

  Went to get a sub for dinner today and let me tell you what this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any subway location. I got a foot long sub with roast beef and bacon as the meat and I got it to go. When I go home with it I unwrapped my sub and had to look for the roast beef on my sandwich I don’t think there was any on there, there wasn’t enough to even cover the whole sub!!! I call the store and tell them that only half of my sandwich has meat on it and they tell me they put 4 pieces of roast beef on the sandwiches and if I wanted a refund or the sandwich remade I need to go to the store. So before I eat the sandwich cause at this point I’m starving and 10min away from the store I took pictures to show them when I get there. Well I get to the store and they tell me I need to have the sandwich present to get the refund and I was not told that on the phone by the worker I talked with. Asked to talk to the manager and was told the same thing even though I showed them pictures of the poorly made sandwich on my phone that them seemed to not care about at all and was told if I wanted they could give me some roast beef and I finally got fed up and walked out the door. This store will no longer be getting my business. You’d think as long as it took them to make my sandwich they were making a masterpiece but to my disappointment it seems the people hired to make the sandwiches really struggle with that job. Maybe it’s a training issue or just not caring or hating your job but come on it’s really not that hard to make a sandwich… DO BETTER!

  If I could give it less than one star I would, stopped in after a long day to find two people working . The girl helping us was so slow and the guy just stood there as the lineup grew. I spoke up and said “ hey you have customers here” he babbled something under his breath and then decided to help. The store was not clean . Sadly there are few options in liberty BUT we will not be going back . Do better ..

  The hours on the door clearly says open till 10:00 P.M. but I get there at 9:30 and the door is already locked while they just standing there talking.

  My coworkers and I went today for lunch and the customer service and food was amazing… This location has a new manager and I can tell she worked hard to turn the place around… congratulations and job well done
