  I came in and had a lot of packages and Venice was awesome. She was patient and got me taken care. She had a few questions, but her manager jumped in and helped her out. Everyone is always so nice at this location.

  I was in the store today and wanted to leave a positive review because they always do a great job. Staff is always friendly and they definitely handle it well when they are blamed for Amazon issues. Manager is great, owner is great.

  If your time is valuable, don’t bother making an appointment for notary services . We had to wait because notary was in an interview and it would be “at least 10 minutes”. When she finally appeared, there was no apology for making us wait. Then as she’s finishing with us, an employee hands her a phone to speak to a customer. Upon making the appointment, I was sent a coupon for 15% off any service including shipping. We didn’t use it on the notary service, because the coupon didn’t load. Tried to use it to ship the notarized document and was told it was for notary only and was only given 5% off the cost of the envelope and shipping. All of this took 45 minutes. If you value your time, don’t waste it at this store.

  I'll avoid using this place. The notary prices are "per signature" apparently which was only revealed to us after the price was given to us. I asked for a refund and the employee "Buddy" rolled his eyes, complained and threw a fit. Every other interaction I've had at this store has been positive but I won't give my money or support to a place that handles anything so unprofessionally. -lll have to edit my initial post because I can’t reply to the message below. There is no need to clarify the price of a notary. I understand you may charge $10 per signature, that was only explained AFTER my wife and I both signed the document. The gentleman also said it was not necessary for both of us to sign. If I had known the price was $10 and each signature would be charged I would have paused and not gone forward with it. It may be posted in the store somewhere but at that moment of time it would have been nice to have the insight as to what our options were. I asked for a refund and there would be no need for me to post a review if the conduct of your employee wasn’t the real problem. Saying “However, we believe it is equally important that readers have accurate information regarding the fees charged for notarial services in North Carolina.” You’re correct, they should know the price before. They should also know the law says MAY and theres a more cost effective and professional way to go about this. It’s the same idea expressed in other bad reviews of this location and others. It’s upsetting when you charge people who are in a bind, who feel forced to use your service because of the lack of other options, and who are asked to pay exorbitant prices for basic services or supplies like boxes or tape if they don’t provide their own. It’s a convenience store disguised as a shipping service with procedures that nickel and dime people. With this reply you have below, it sounds like someone using AI to try and resolve a matter of principle and truly made the situation worse.
