    I needed to have an odd size document scanned into a PDF. 8.5 x 16. I first called another business center and they could not promise to be able to scan the document in the same day. I called The UPS store and they stated they could scan the document immediately. Sure enough, they were able to scan and email the PDF to me in less than 2 minutes. They even asked me to verify that I had received the PDF before leaving the store and also verified that all edges of the document were scanned properly. Great service at a reasonable price. I'm thankful that we have a UPS store in our community.

    This is my second poor experience at this UPS Store, and it will be my last. Amazon returns should be simple, but this location charges customers excessive fees for basic return support, including expensive packing tape and $5 just to print one return label. I spoke with the owner today, and the experience confirmed my concern. This does not reflect the customer service standard I expect from Amazon or UPS. I hope Amazon and UPS review this location’s practices and intervene.

    Poor customer service. 3 employees only one working at the front. All the scanners at the front were not working just waiting for a QR. Need to have efficient personal.
