This subway cannot seem to get pickup orders correct. I do not like to leave negative reviews especially on a local business but in the last year this subway has went severely down hill. Last night was my last straw. I’m recovering from surgery so my mom picked my wife and I up dinner. I placed my order on the app. About 10 minutes later I received a call they had no multigrain bread, okay I switch to regular Italian. Mom picked up our subs and brought them straight to us 5 minutes away. They were as hard as croutons and neither had the 50% extra protein (this always happens at this location). I’ve made complaints online before and I’ve never received a response. I called last night and told the guy who answered the phone my issues and that she was coming back and that the full subs were in there not touched and that I wanted a refund. They told me they do not do refunds they would remake my sandwiches. I was not the nicest and told him that would not work for me and ask for a manager. He laid the phone down and never came back. They did not refund my food and I did not take the new subs. The manager also denied a refund the next day. I will just not return to this location.
