    I would give 0 stars if possible. The owner apparently has something against subway coupons. Placed an order for delivery thru the subway app to get delivered to my husband at work. Placed the order and it went thru. A couple minutes later I get a notification that my order had been canceled. I reached out to the store where I was told the owner canceled my order because she doesnt allow coupons of any kind even through the subway app and that I should receive a refund since they canceled the order. I NEVER GOT A REFUND! 35$ FOR 2 SUBS THAT I NEVER GOT!!!! Called back to the store to find out where the money is and no one could tell me where it was but stated they kept the receipt on their end in case I have any other problems. Ya I do have a problem I never got my money back and never got any food. These subways now days are ridiculous. If you're going to accept app orders then you need to honor the coupons they offer in the app. Period. Its bad customer service when you cancel the order and dont give any food but keep the money. I will be reaching out to subway to file a formal complaint. If I were you id avoid ordering from this subway. Save yourself the trouble.

    This place really sucks the service is deplorable they dont take coupons and they dont do the special like sub of the day.. Plus the black lady the call her the manager has terrible costumer skills

    Let me start by saying the service was awesome when we went Saturday afternoon BUT the size of a $14-$15 footlong is astronomically small. This lady was legit counting the number of pickles and black olives on the sandwich and I’ pretty sure I was charged for extra because I asked for extra BUT did not even get a normal regular amount of toppings. I’m sharing a picture to show how thin mine was and we got 3 subs for $40.57, my wrist had a larger girth than this sub.

    Same issue as everybody else! This store allows you to place an order with coupons, but will cancel it without calling you or anything about it. Extremely scummy business practices that will be reported to the BBB, and I recommend anyone with this issue to do the same. Keep in mind, they have the ability to not accept coupons through the app! Subways are franchise locations so this store owner should absolutely be ashamed for this bait and switch tactic! The worst part is, the employees were extremely rude and unapologetic about us driving 20 minutes just to be hit with a cancelled order! I would be much more understanding if they had apologized and been polite about it, but they might be just as bad as the owner!

    So I went to subway because I was craving a delicious Sub from that establishment, I was intrigued by the absolute sanitation and how clean the restaurant was, my customer service was more than awesome… at the front register there was a young lady who took my order, I asked her for her name and she said Jamiya, she was absolutely amazing and very polite I felt like I was back at my aunt Sally’s for Christmas… it smelled very appetizing in this establishment…. The cashier Jamiya’s perfume smelt very good like my aunt Sally’s bakery… anyways I thinks she deserve a raise very sweet!!
