  The service was quick and professional. Went into this location about a month ago to purchase new phone. Around January 4-5. I was there in and out quick. The sales rep answered all ques6, helped me set up everything, and even did it for me and then went over everything. Answered all questions and concerns before I left. Excellent job. Will continue to come to this location.

  They mess up everything honestly. Activated new phone. Girl asked "do you want a 336 area code" yes we respond. How did we get a 743 code after saying yes we want 336... told them we wanted the same apple id on the new phone. They create a WHOLE new one and didnt even give us the password. They say you NEED to have cricket protect. It's mandatory the first month. It's not. They will add it just to sell it and tell you to cancel before your next billing cycle. If you call Cricket Corp they will confirm it's not true and they will credit you back. But they will stick to the story.
