  Called and made sure they had swaybar links in stock. I drive all the way to the store they said they can order it. Worthless people working at this store.

  Went in this store today around 2:00 and was treated very rude from a lady there. I had bought a battery in Pigeon Forge Tn that was still under warranty. First of all she could not find me in The system even though I had talked to the store in Tn that had me pulled up and saw the warranty. Finally she said she would have to talk to the store in Tn to get info but I would have to wait 3 hours to get it changed. But then finally said to give her 15 min. And she could help me. I stood in the store for 30-45 min. While she helped customer after customer. So I called another store that pulled me right up in the system. I went to them and they had a new battery in within minutes. They could not believe that she could not pull me up and especially confused that she could not take a minute to put a new one in. I am a local business owner and when you have a customer you help them from start to finish and then you go to the next and then the next.

  Commerical side here is a complete joke,you can call and call for parts,but they simply just can NOT send them out.Lets not forget sitting on hold for 15 minutes each time you call.
