  I came into the Lewisville location around 12:45 today to drop off an Amazon package for return. When a lady named Amber commented that I probably don't weigh much more than the package, I was hurt beyond words. I've been battling cancer for 2 years and fighting for my life. Perhaps she should consider her words before they exit her mouth.

  They ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS are super helpful with the returns I have. They answer all my questions and concerns and make sure I do the returns correctly. They are also very friendly on top of being helpful and efficient.

  I have just moved to Lewisville so don’t know my way around but I buy a lot of stuff from Amazon and so I have been to more than a few UPS stores in my time. I read about this store and was impressed by the reviews but I was so happy to find a UPS store where the employees were HAPPY to see you and as helpful and knowledgeable about shipping and returns. I met Sam (Samantha) who was so welcoming and ready to answer questions. Glad to be in their neighborhood.
