  Julie and Tuesdaie are top tier CS reps. Tuesdaie is very knowledgeable and both have been extremely helpful. Beinging Kisheem on board has been a huge plus. He is very motivated and seems to be a great asset. The rest of thr team has great customer service skills and I always feel welcomed when I visit the store

  Had to have a Notary for some papers. Lisa was super helpful and made sure I was signing and dated in the correct places. Lisa is a rockstar and made it an awesome experience.

  I’ve been in before to get one or two pages printed - usually 10 cents or so. Got a single page printed today and got charged $4.32 … for a SINGLE page and “computer use”. There was another man beside me who got charged a couple cents for his print. When I said “$4 for a single page?” She looked and said “Um Yeah”. I’ll go elsewhere for my printing needs.

  Nobody ever looks forward to dropping off packages, but this store actually makes it easy. They get you taken care of in no time, smooth customer service, and Thomas B was great to deal with. Definitely my go-to spot when I have to run shipping errands!

  They are efficient and helpful. In particular, Assistant Manager Lisa has given exceptional customer service with a smile and a few "dad" jokes thrown in for good measure. She personally made a frustrating Amazon mess-up a smooth and painless experience. Highly recommend.
