  I needed to get a document I had in a file printed, then put in an envelope with shipping label, and tracked after sending. I called them first and asked about if and how I could get this done there and they easily could so I went there and they did it perfectly. Both the person I spoke with on the phone and the one I saw in person were both very helpful and nice.

  I went into this store to get my fingerprints done for a background check. You have to use a self serve kiosk for this process. I had so many problems with this. Caya helped me through the whole process. She was so patient and made sure that I was able to complete the fingerprints. When I thanked her when leaving she only smiled. Excellent employee. Kind person. I definitely recommend this store. And thank you again Caya.

  I went to ship my wedding flowers to get them preserved and had no plans for how to safely package them. Thankfully Lisa was there and knew exactly what to do. Between her and Jackson my flowers are safely packaged and on their way!! Thank you both so so much!!!

  Morgan, assisted me with my return. She was Outstanding . Knowledgeable, Professional & most of all very Friendly. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with the UPS store in Leland many times. No matter how busy it is, the Staff has always been Awesome.

  I came into the store at just a few minutes before closing, and Lisa took care of getting an email attachment I sent to their store. She spent extra time making it look perfect after she printed it and gave me the amount of copies I needed. She thanked me for coming in and asked me if I needed anything else? I said no, then I thanked her as well and left. WOW, She is an excellent employee... Sincerely, Michael Profancik
