  On a trip from Wilmington to Charlotte and my battery light came on. Found myself at Advanced Auto in Laurinburg NC. Glen was eager to help out! He diagnosed the problem and I needed a new alternator. It was Friday night and all shops were closed (6pm). If we were going to make it I would need to do it myself. Glen helped me with parts offered to help problem shoot if I got stuck. He literally save me and my family from a horrible night. I was having a hard time getting the belt back on and Glen looked at it and figured out I had it on wrong. After his help we finished up. It took me 3 hours but got it done and we made it to Charlotte before midnight. I am truly thankful for Glen!! I am in Advanced auto a lot with my old vehicles. I have never had someone so knowledgeable and eager to help me out! THANK YOU GLEN!!!!
