  We had a will notarized at the Knightdale UPS Store. The staff was friendly, professional and took care of our needs quickly. I recommend this store highly.

  I feel we often become complacent with mediocre customer service; but then you find a place like UPS in Knightdale, and it reminds you that there are still amazing employees out there who put the customer first. I believe his name was Giancarlo who helped me today, but I must say, he literally made me feel like I was walking into my own home. He treated me like a close friend, helped me out, was super fast and efficient, professional, and overall super personable. I can’t wait to have a reason to come back to this UPS store, they are doing everything right. Good job 👏

  For the most part, service has been good, but I recently had them pack and ship a CPU since they had "certified packing experts". The CPU was absolutely destroyed. The packing was one sheet of flat rapid fill bags. To receive payment for the CPU took several forms, taking the destroyed item to a specialist to verify it was destroyed, and after a month, they wanted more information about the condition of the box. Currently in discussions with them to be refunded the cost of shipping.
