  Just left this store to return some items and Damian, the Store Manager, was amazing! He was there alone, but working multiple work stations to get people in and out as quickly as possible. Give that man a raise!

  Wasted my time, Was told by the notary here that he cannot notarize my NC Vehicle title that had been signed prior to bringing it to the notary. After doing very simple research with others who are notary’s in NC, i find out that he could’ve still notarized my title as i (the seller) was present with my ID and multiple other copies of my signature. Seems like the notary guy here doesn’t really know the laws concerning his own occupation.

  Went to pick up 2 packages before they closed, got told that they were still enroute even though I got a note saying no one was home and it was delivered to the nearest UPS. If I didn't double check through tracking and showed that my packages were indeed there, I would have had to wait another day. Normally I don't have issues with this location but clearly don't go in before they close even if that's the only time you have, you might get the run around.

  Third time in the store this month. Walk in three clerks standing around, a lot of tension like walked in on disagreement. I looked at all three and choose one. She processed two of my Amazon returns and the third one needed a printed label. She said email that to us for $1.80 and we will print and ship it. Then said step aside. I was like no I will send it to u and wait. She said step aside. So I said will do this another time. She was so rude!!!!!!!! I may just start driving into Raleigh to be helped !! Update 06MAY2026: To the store owner, it is not the $1.80 that is the problem. It is that she couldn't wait half a second to have me email the label and instead wanted me to step aside and wait again, the line was filling up but there were three other clerks there besides her. This time being rude was not the first time this month I had witnessed her behavior; on a prior visit there was a customer with a pink work out suit on and they were talking inappropriately about how fine she looked in it and clamoring on about "I know that girl". Then her and the male clerk were making sounds like "uhm hum" even when she was ringing me up. If she can be cordial to some customers and not to others then she doesn't belong in customer service.
