  I had an issue with my SIM card and didn't remember my security code. Chris and Lizabeth were patient and suggested different possible pins until we stumbled on the right one to get into my account. They swapped the SIM card and now my phone is working fine. Great service!!!!

  Went in to buy an iPhone 7 plus, case and screen protector, turned out there was only one left, so I think great I made it just in time, after about 30 minutes they tell me I can't buy it because it wasn't received in, huge waste of time, the staff was nice but I won't be shopping here anymore.
