  They have been so patient with me and my kids on using my bank cards with progressive leasing and the hard time I have been having. I think the 2 young ladies that work up front should get a raise no matter what they make. :-) customer service goes a long way and even though I still don’t have our phones yet they are helping and encouraging me throughout the process! I appreciate the help.

  I locked my phone so I came to get a factory reset. They told me they couldn't do that here. And I had to call the brand name of the phone. The brand name service couldn't help me so they sent me back to cricket to do a reflash/reset. I went back here they said they couldn't do it so what good is it to buy a phone from here and they can't help you. So I cancelled my service with the young lady that day. The next month I get billed again. I call the store back to seek answers and a refund. She said she was sorry that it may have been a new person helping me and that I can't get a refund. I asked for the manager on 3 different occasions and they all said she had my information and would call me back. Sounds like someone is either lying and giving me the run around. I can't go to customer service because I don't have my pin and the phone is locked so they can't text me another option. So I get nowhere with them. All I can say is you got me cricket. You WON'T get anymore of my money.

  I Love Cricket... Nicole Hayes the store manager is by far amazing very knowledgeable always a friendly smile and willing to do whatever she could do to make you happy customer
