  Last Monday I went to have my phone switched over, some steps were missed which caused me to have to go back into the store to rectify the problem. David Hidalgo and Perla Nunez were a BIG help and very patient and also apologetic for missing a step in the process! They are wonderful people and a great asset to this Cricket location!!
