  Worst subway so disappointed in this place Ive lived here a long timeThey used to be a decent restaurant i always give places benefit of doubt and chances but they’ve had enough from me they have went down hill bad. The morning isnt so bad when this certain hispanic lady works there if she is still there she was always amazing so sweet and knew us and our usual. Now its horrible ive experienced the owner or manager im not sure belittle and put down employees in front of customers one incident he told this young lady while helping a customer to get the phone i mean yelled at her and said “ dont let it just ring and ring” she told him im helping someone and she said it nice and respectful but he preceded to belittle her in front of everyone. Thats unacceptable. My experience in retail customer in front of you comes first she cant do both. Yes there was enough employees to handle the phone including him but she got yelled at and humiliated in front of everyone. They dont hardly give you anything as far as vegetables and lettuce its mostly bread if you ask for a little more its extra but trust me thats how their trained ive seen it. We recently just ordered food on the app my husband went to pick it up they said “our internet is down we cant get orders or payment you should get refunded in 24 hours.” So of course next day we call and the response is “we cant give you a time frame we dont see your order we dont have your payment cant help you youll have to reach out to your bank.” Ok so it was just pending in our bank then it all of a sudden went through this morning after their internet came back up and i have an email saying your order is being made. So they cant help in anyway?? I find that hard to believe something could be done let me bring in my receipt and you make the subs i ordered obviously there is proof. I just dont like this location anymore ill never go back i started going to the one on york road across from ingles they know how to treat you and make a sandwich at least from my experience.

  Pulled up around 7 PM, and the bread was fresh, warm, and soft. I didn’t even get it toasted because it was that good. All the veggies were fresh, fully stocked, and neatly organized. I’ve been to a lot of Subway locations, but this has to be one of the best by far. The young man who made my sandwich did an excellent job. Don’t get it twisted—some people just don’t know how to make a sandwich! Great job to the staff and the owner. You’re clearly doing something right. Hopefully every visit comes with the same fresh, warm subs and outstanding service!

  Just got back from subway. I ordered a BLT! I asked for crispy bacon lady said ok. This is what they call crispy bacon!!

  Staff was friendly and helpful with decision making. Food was fantastic and all the ingredients looked fresh and healthy!
