  Employees are either disinterested or have an attitude, especially Annie. Focus more on customer service training, it's literally your number one commodity.

  I want to give a major shout-out, huge kudos, and a well-deserved congratulations to Melissa at the UPS store on Main Street in Kernersville! This was hands-down the best UPS experience I have ever had. I went in this past Sunday, June 7th, and Melissa was working entirely by herself. The store was busy, and she was watching line after line after line form, yet she handled the immense pressure flawlessly. Not only did she keep her composure, but she also went above and beyond to give exceptional, top-tier service. Her positive attitude never wavered. It is so rare to see someone manage a hectic, solo shift with such grace, efficiency, and genuine kindness. I truly wish there were more people in the workforce like her. Melissa, you did an amazing job! I truly hope your store manager recognizes your hard work, and honestly, the CEO of UPS should recognize you, too. You are an absolute asset to this company!

  Based off of my experience refusing prepaid drop off packages is unacceptable. Package was within weight and size limits and the associate Bianca was rude. Completely uncalled for!

  Where do I begin. Let’s keep it short. Brought a very large 150 pound box in. The so called lady behind register immediately developed attitude. She said the driver couldn’t and wouldn’t lift it. I can’t get into everything. However, we did contact corporate. It was today 5/9/2026 The rudeness was just unacceptable. How has she been there as long as she has? We took same box to the clemmons location. The wonderful employee Jessica gave my wife a cart to bring the box in. She did measurements and said it was well within limits. Thanks to her we were able to ship. Shame on kernersville location She told us to leave HER store. No problem we will never go back. Also let me add kernersville scanned the label it tells her it’s within limits.
