  Never in my life have I dealt with a company that can’t fix their own problems. Then when they refer you to technical support. They call you but you have to make sure that you answer the call because otherwise if you call them back, customer service can’t transfer you to technical support. I’ve never heard anything so asinine in my life!! After being in the store for hours and them not being able to fix the issue that’s when they decided to open up a tech Issue claim. So now we wait some more to see when they might decide to call us if they call us could be midnight could be 2 AM. I don’t know it’s a mystery. Buyer beware!!

  Ashley R. Was the young lady who helped me out today ! She was incredibly friendly knowledgeable and patient! She answered all my questions , gave me multiple options and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting for what I wanted. I hope the owners of cricket give thos young lady her own store and promote her on up the corporate ladder ! O could not be more pleased with her and the prepaid phone I desperately needed for an employee of my own ! 6 stars if I could!

  Had to replace my husband’s phone today. Ashley the young lady that was helping up was awesome! Very knowledgeable on what the new phone was not doing and was determined to help us before we left. She gets 5 starts! Her customer service was top notch!

  I came in looking for a Sim card and Anthony was able to sell me a brand new phone for the same price as my Verizon bill and the monthly bill on this phone is only 60 dollars a month whereas my Verizon bill is 120 a month. I'm going to be recommending cricket to everyone i know and telling them to go straight to anthony.
