  First time at this location. However other locations were good.

  Placed an ubereats order and called to ask if I can get my drinks made with no ice because with the distance from this location to my house, the drinks would be watered down. The lady on the phone, who I’m assuming is the manager said they couldn’t because the drinks were made already as if remaking drinks with no ice is a huge deal. She also hung up on me in the middle of me talking. My delivery driver was also told no after he asked for me a second time. They acted as if the drinks were sealed and put in the bag with the food, when whole time they were in a drink carrier and could’ve easily been remade. I work two fastfood jobs and always accommodate to the customer if they call and want a drink changed or customized.

  The food OVERLY good, not too sure about sanitary purposes. my pregnant friend accidentally spilled her drink and as soon as it spilled I proceeded to grab napkins to pick it up bc what type of friend I look like just sitting there watching my Fran pick up a drink ESPECIALLY pregnant. As I was literally setting the napkins on top of the spilled area, the big butt black lady with the braids, cut in the back, put in a ponytail walks to the counter and says “yall goin pick that up right” AGAIN as im putting the napkins down……
