  The city of Jamestown was working on the water, so the restaurant was without water and unable to make orders. The manager called to let me know and told me that I would need to get a refund from Corporate. I called him back and said, I really wish y’all could just hold my order until the water is fixed. He told me, yes of course they can hold my order without me having to get a refund. I called back today and he said my food will be ready in 15 mins. This is a great manager at this location!! Very professional and caring. Thank you manager .. Dan or Don. You are appreciated!

  Disappointed is best word sum it up. They were out of a lot options in terms bread and meat choices. Service was ok but they could used extra staff or 2 to speed it up and no one seemed like wanted be there. Least can say ate at largest subway in United States now though. Probably would not come back.
