The place needs a good cleaning, but overall we go there for their food (wings, chicken tenders, sides, and sauces), which was delicious

Honestly, wish I could give the experience a full zero however would not let me read review if that were the case:
When I walked in I was immediately greeted with a snarky attitude from the employee working the front. I told her I had placed a pick up order online of two meals. I order ten minutes before I walked in so I knew my order wouldn’t be ready immediately but wanted to let her know I was here for when it is ready. She was very snarky telling me that it wasn’t ready yet but that she would call my name when it was. I proceeded to wait 20 more minutes all watching the lady at the front constantly being rude to other customers walking in. I don’t even k ow if she heard half the people talking to her as she had headphones in her ears. After seeing groups of table who walked in and order in store get their food before me, I walked back in line and waited my turn to ask if my order was ready. While I waited one lady infront of me was told that her online order was picked up by someone else, and when the lady working the front looked in the back for it ended up grabbing (what I didn’t know at the time was my order) and rummaged through the bag pulling the trays out of the bag and opening them to look inside for this other lady’s order. She had been working the front and cleaning table before going to look through this bag and she did not put gloves on or even wash her hands before going through the order. At this time many other customers had walked in behind me. At this location there is 3 different signs for where to pick your order up from yet only the one lady working up front. This created more of a huddle around the counter instead of an orderly line. And the employee started picking and choosing who she was going to help next even when the remnants of a line was still noticeable in the crowd. By the time I was finally called on I noticed the same bag that I was disgusted watching her grossly rummage through was the bag of food that had my order in it. Not only was I disgusted to pick up that order for my wife and I to eat, the fact that it had sat there for 10-15 minutes after the employee knew I was here to pick it up and even told me she would call my name when it was ready failed to do so and left me a terrible impression of the company and this location. Then sitting to eat the the fires we cold and soggy. I had ordered a large and yet getting the tray out of the bag saw that it was barely half full leaving the amount in the bag to look closer to a medium maybe even a small order of fries. I am terrible displeased with the outcome of my experience here.

Ordered the 15-piece meal for two like I usually do, korean bbq. Cashier asks if I want any sauce and I say “just the BBQ it comes with.” Then he asks “Do you want the large drink?” Which confused me because I am usually never asked this. I say , “just give me the size that normally comes in the meal for two for $25.” He proceeds to give me one big cup instead of two. I look at the receipt and he upcharged me to get one large drink instead of the two drinks and $1.50 for an extra cup of bbq sauce on the side. I’m like “??? It’s a meal for two why do I only have one drink and an upcharge to trade the usual two drinks for one? And I said I just want whatever sauce and drinks come for the $25 menu price.” The managers then come up and start playing musical chairs with cups, slamming different cup sizes down and I clarified multiple times to two different supervisors, “I said I just want the normal meal for two. I never have this confusion about cup sizes or extra cup sauces.” They said they would refund me and I’m standing around for like 10 minutes until I’m like “am I getting a refund???” They insist that they refunded it in the system even though I was like “so I don’t need to re-tap my card or get a receipt?” They kept assuring me that I didn’t need it. That the refund was processed. Two weeks later still haven’t received my refund for being overcharged $3. The manager tried gaslighting like “it’s just two bucks I’ll give you the refund.” I don’t care. It’s the principle. If I’m telling you I want a meal as it comes, why am I being forced to buy two things I don’t want and overcomplicating a simple order? Food is usually great but the service is trash. There’s always an attitude for the most simple orders.

Ordering as a walk in customer, they were nice people. I ordered boneless garlic Parmesan chicken and cheese fries. I didn’t get cheese on my fries but that was the only issue with my food. I still ate it and it was quite delicious. But when I was done ordering I got my fountain soda and sat down to wait for my order. A mother and son walks in and orders their food. I overheard the employee ask if they were military affiliated to get a military discount. Looking at me I don’t look like a basic military wife but that doesn’t exclude me from a discount. People look different and I was shocked they didn’t ask me if I wanted my military discount. I feel like even if you don’t look the part, you should still have a chance to be asked to receive a discount.
