  I was having issues with the app so I called. When I called no one picked up. When I showed up to place the order I realized why. The whole crew was outside smoking and joking except for 1 guy in the kitchen working on the orders by himself.

  Horrible customer service from Christian, a female usually wears black eyeshadow. Talking about my situation because I reported my uncooked chicken sandwich. She asked me for the confirmation number and I said very kindly to her “I don't have it but honestly it's completely fine I don't have it so I understand”. I place my order then proceeds to talk about me with her manager shrugging her shoulders saying “ I was going to give her free shit” never what I intended . I am not one to write a review ever but she was just horrible. Her manager was really nice and Christina continuously was giving her attitude even over cleaning the fountain drink machines. And when Christina was speaking to her manager about me it seemed that her manager was simply listening to her not carrying the conversation with her.

  Ordered from this location today and it was sloppy. Tiny wings, all labels mixed up and soaking in oil. I understand getting one or two wimpy wings in an order but one of our boxes contained only that; half the size (or less) of a normal wing. I know they have a business to run but if I spent 50 dollars on thrity wings I dont want all scraps. The flavors, fortunately, were on point as usual.

  This location has some pretty scary habits While I waited for my pickup order, I literally watched an employee try and force a delivery driver (the driver did not work for Wingstop) to make drinks for the order they were picking up. There were a few things wrong with that for me, the driver was not given a proper hand washing station before being asked to make drinks, neither did they offer a sticky tab to cover the straw hole on the drink to ensure the customers safety. If you frequently visit this location please, beware they are practicing some pretty unsafe habits. Needless to say, the driver refused the order because as she stated, "I'm employed for delivery, not preparation and I refuse to make drinks when that is not what Im getting paid for." The worker was literally doing nothing on the front counter except texting and there was no valid reason, as a Wingstop employee, that she couldn't do the job that she hired to do. I would encourage people to be very careful at this Jacksonville, NC location.

  I ordered 3 different sets of boneless wings all seasoned with dry rub and all 3 sets came sauced... I get food service is a sucky job and your pay is probably pretty junk, but calling this a half ass job is an overstatement dude... if you can't even be bothered to read a order correctly, what can you do in life? This was my first time in and needless to say I will not be returning. For a wing place that has about 5 other chicken restaurants within visual line of sight of their front door, owners / management really needs to consider how they plan on competing in this market against their competition in their same shopping center let alone their same street... cause as it stands there's no reason to buy from them as opposed to going next door or across the street...
