  Some guy with tattoos all over him named “Anthony” , was very aggressive towards me and very rude. I ordered a wrap online and it felt weird so I opened it in the car and it was pretty much rolled into a croissant food everywhere all over the bag everything. When I went back inside, I asked him if he could either remake it or give me a refund. He said he could remake it, but it would be exactly the same because he isn’t a taco maker. He’s a sub sandwich maker. And then, when I told him I don’t want it, he aggressively threw it away in the garbage and was talking foul under his breath. Update I called the manager today his real name is Jordan and she’s going to retrain him on how to wrap a subway wrap 😂

  This shop owns most in the Jacksonville and Richlands nc, the sandwich prices are expensive for what you get , a 6” bmt has 3 small slices of meat of each , the ham slice is cut in half so that full slice you get at the other stores out of the area puts on 3 times more meat, bmt and bacon was 12.99 for a 6” , for that you can go over to Public’s get a larger 12” more like 16” and it’s loaded with about 3/4 pound or more of meat and salads toppings , never will I ever by from them , oh they don’t take the subway coupons or cards to redeem a free sandwich, twice I’ve been told , Richlands and here on top rd , I’m done , place was empty at 4:45pm should have used my intuition not to go in

  Showed up at 8:45pm and the doors were locked and the people inside wouldn't even acknowledge my presence. Sign on the door clearly says closes at 9:30pm.

  Absolutely horrible even ordered double protein and this is what my sub looked like, it had more mayo than bacon, tomatoes or spinach it had approximately 4 little baby leafs. When I called to address the issue I was hung up on, I called again the phone was answered with just "hello" I had to ask if I was speaking to someone at subway, explained the situation and was met with rudeness when I explained I'll just post to the photos online to show the problem I was told you should have just done that instead of calling then hung up on again. Management and/or owners need to take note of who you have working for you. Business like that won't be in business long.
