  If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Made an order on the app and I’m missing A WHOLE SUB. I’ve called the store SEVEN times now and no one picks up the phone. Truly the worst most disgusting customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

  Here we go yet again. Subway, I'm going to give you the same amount of advice as the amount of mayo this kid put on my sub...do not hire kids that can't even tie their own shoes. I can't even begin to explain how silly this kid was attempting to make two sandwiches for me and my partner. Kept messing up the order...then he puts this glob of mayo on like he's getting paid per scoop. Sure didn't ask for extra mayo, I dont even to call this. Put this one on the Menu and call it the "The Gallon of Mayo with a Side of Sandwich"

  I’m actually impressed at how horrible the service was here . It takes real skill to be this rude to people and bad at your job simultaneously. 3 people working and it took almost 30 minutes to make our food. The girl making our food had a horrendous attitude . Wouldn’t come back here if someone held me at gunpoint.

  Some type of glass or clear substance in my food. Literally almost chipped my tooth trying to eat a spicy Italian sub. No refund, but willing to make another sandwich… Woman behind counter stated there’s no plastic or glass in the store…Pls order to any other subway in town but this one. I personally think the one on Henderson and Western is the best. I’m reporting this store to the health department. Anyone else having these problems should too. 2.8 ratings should say enough but here we are.

  I go here frequently (around 20 or so times in a year) and the quality is always consistent, vegetables are fresh and the staff are great. There are a lot of negative reviews complaining about wait times, and that is because this is a smaller subway - so typically only one or 2 people will be working here at a time. I've personally gone here over 20 times and have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes, the workers are fast and kind. I wouldn’t do online orders here however, since they only typically have one person in the store - your wait times will vary if there's many people already in there ordering or not.
