  I highly recommend this place all of the employees were very nice and helpful and he was willing to get on the ground with me to diagnose the problem we were able to find that the tire was split in half it the inside they even let us leave the car in there parking lot overnight

  Advance Auto Parts is a great place to go for automotive parts, supplies, and helpful advice. Every visit has been a positive experience thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always willing to assist. The employees do a great job helping customers find the right parts, answering questions, and making sure you leave with what you need. Whether you are working on a simple maintenance item or a larger repair project, their willingness to help makes the process much easier. The store is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. They offer a good selection of products, and the convenience of having a reliable auto parts store nearby is something I appreciate. Great customer service can make a big difference, and the team at Advance Auto Parts consistently provides a good experience. If you need quality parts and helpful employees, this is a solid place to shop.

  I cannot say enough good things about the Advanced Auto Parts store on 2760 Richlands hwy. and their incredible team—especially Chris Alford. On what was truly a dark and stressful day, my family and I found ourselves stranded on the side of the road with a dead battery. After getting a jump, we barely made it the three blocks to this store. From the moment we walked in, Chris greeted us with genuine care and immediately sprang into action. He expertly diagnosed the issue, tested the battery on the bench, and confirmed it had completely failed. Without hesitation, Chris recommended and installed the perfect battery for our vehicle, getting us safely back on the road and home to our family that same day. Thanks to his kindness and quick thinking, what could have been a major ordeal turned into a manageable situation. The next day I was even able to get the core tested at the dealership and received a warranty replacement. Chris and this entire store were a true shining light during a difficult time. Their professionalism, compassion, and customer-first attitude went far beyond just selling parts—they truly helped a family in need. If you’re anywhere near this location, this is the place to go. We are deeply grateful and will definitely be back as loyal customers. Thank you, Chris, and thank you to the whole team!
