  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The wings were so undercooked that the skin was rubbery, despite specifically requesting them to be cooked well done. The fries were soggy, and the only fresh part of the meal was the veggie sticks. When I initially reported the issue, I was told the order could be remade at a later date, which I appreciated as I have two small children and it was late. However, when I called back to arrange the replacement, the interaction with the general manager, Kim, completely changed the experience. She was rude, sarcastic, and repeatedly talked over me, making it difficult to even provide my order information. The conversation left me so uncomfortable that I ultimately called back to cancel the remake because I no longer felt confident accepting food from the restaurant. The ONLY positive was Chris, the District Manager, who stepped in, apologized, and processed a refund, explaining that I could follow up in 10 days if it wasn’t received. The most frustrating part is that I never called seeking a refund.. I simply wanted a properly prepared meal to feed my children after a five-hour drive. I remained respectful throughout the entire process, so the dismissive and unprofessional treatment was especially disappointing.

  I wish I could leave zero stars for the service I received tonight. I walked in and the cashier had her hand on her chin, bent over as if she did not want to be there. I was waiting to at least be greeted, but she just stood there as if I was an inconvenience. So I finally said "are you ready for me?" I didn't want to assume she was the one taking orders. She replied yes...I said I'm picking up an online order, she gave me my food and went right back to her hand on her chin and bent over just staring. To say I was appalled is an understatement, I normally ALWAYS get great service here and tonight just wasn't it. Thank God the food is always yummy!

  The workers are super friendly and accommodating and the food tastes fresh and yummy, I prefer this location over the other locations

  Food tastes good but I immediately got sick after eating it. Not sure if anyone else has gotten food poisoning here or not.

  I had to give a shoutout to this Wingstop location! I’ll be honest—I usually avoid Wingstop because, even when you order ahead, it tends to be chaotic and the food isn’t ready on time. But today I took a chance and did an online order. It completely changed my perspective. This location was very clean and well-kept, which immediately stood out. The young lady at the front with the burgundy braids was incredibly pleasant and kind. She greeted me, had my name ready, quickly grabbed my order, and I was in and out in no time—something I’ve never experienced at Wingstop before. They truly restored my faith in Wingstop, and I’ll definitely be returning to this location. Great service, great experience!
