Kareem is an amazing store manager! He was extremely helpful and truly dedicated. I hope FedEx is able to retain him because he’s a superb store manager. FedEx needs to invest and retain talent like him! Thank you Kareem!!!

Horrible location hours keep changing, close down for lunch at random times. Nothing is by the schedule. And if they ship through Monroe packages get lost, 😡 constant issues with accepting random packages. Even for designated allowable, battery types, etc. They nitpick over graphics on the boxes, till you incorrectly which locations to go to all the way to fort Mill which is not accurate. You could go to the one in Charlotte off of eastway. for a couple dollars more any other day I would ship UPS for sure hands down !
This location does not open on time. Very late. Unprofessional.

Bianca blew my mind with her customer service. I needed to print labels for my business. She was so patient and thorough, walking me through every step and taking care of the printing process for me. I left feeling beyond satisfied. She helped me make labels to make my products stand out and she did it all with a smile. I will gladly return and I will call to make sure Bianca is in! She is truly a shining star.
