  The most important part of this type of business is service. The store gives great service. I walked to their door many times and I've never walked out unsatisfied with the way I was treated.

  Today I had to go to this location and pick up a package that needed to picked up today for my mother because she and my father were not able to come as they are driving home the whole day from vacationing in Orlando this past week. I showed the kid working the register my ID (same last name and address as my mother) and I also told him what I said in the first paragraph. He went to retrieve the package until his manager stopped him and told me that I need to show the ID of the name (my mother) on the package. I then had to call my parents who were in the middle of driving home to send a picture of my mom's ID and show it to them. I did that and I got the package, but that was more difficult than it should have been. A simple task turned into an insulting experience as the manager turned into power trip mode because he thought I was "stealing". Very upset with my experience, I will have my mother pick up UPS packages from another location.

  I had a last-minute need for poster-size prints, and the manager and staff were incredibly helpful, getting everything done in record time. I really appreciated the upfront communication about pricing, and I can’t say enough about the impeccable customer service. Next time I’ll be sure to place my order in advance, but I will absolutely be back for all of my future printing needs!
