  I had two boxes to ship for my business and one box that was personal. I explained I wanted one transaction for the business boxes and a different transaction for the personal one. I have been shipping at this UPS all summer for my business. The young lady that has always helped me was not working today. A middle-aged guy with brown hair and a beard was attempting to help me. He told me he could not print two labels and that I had to put everything in one box. He said it would only be a couple more dollars. He put my boxes, which were already labeled clearly and prepared for shipping, into one box. Before he taped the box shut, he did ask if I had the address with me. I told him that it was on my two boxes. This was becoming a huge waste of time. It took him forever to put in the address for the one box. He finally rang up the price. I was going to be charged about $8 for his box. I called him on the price. He had the gall to say it was only $8. I told him to give me my boxes back. I went to FedEx across the road. FedEx was super fast, has one label for each box, and provided me with separate receipts. Oh, and FedEx was cheaper.

  The service here is terrible. I sent a package—specifically, some important and urgent documents—from this office on August 7th. The woman who assisted me wore braces and spoke both languages; I really disliked her, especially because she lied and guaranteed that the package would arrive the following Wednesday. It was crucial that the documents arrive as soon as possible—well before August 25, 2026. I called UPS, and they told me to contact the location where I had dropped off the package. I called this office, but they didn't resolve anything; it seems the package got lost. I had a feeling from the start that something would go wrong. The next day, I went to another UPS branch in Charlotte; they processed the documents there, and the recipient received them the following day. To this day, I still don't know what happened to my package because I never received any help resolving the issue at this office. They really ought to be more careful.

  I come to this UPS store quite often and usually with multiple items and they are always SO kind and so helpful. I have not had one bad experience here! Love this location.

  I returned an iPhone to Apple using Apple’s pre-packed box and label. I scanned it at the store and handed the boxes iPhone (packaged up and taped closed) to the person at the counter. A few days later Apple emails me and tells me the package was received but empty. So someone opened the box and stole the iPhone and sent an empty box back to Apple. Incredibly disappointed.
