  Ana is someone that is always in Subway smiling and giving great service. Very kind gentle soul. You can tell she is hardworking and has great cleanliness. My favorite Subway around the Huntersville/Cornelius area. Overall great service and great food!

  Last few times I have come here is has been a complete night mare. The woman that works the register does not know how to do so properly. Last time I came in it was a few days before my birthday and I had a "free cookie" tried to redeem and she said I couldn't because it was not my actual birthday yet eventhough the redeem button was clearly there. My biggest take away from that visit was the price- it was OVER 50 bucks for 2 kids meals and 2 foot long meals.... cool just ate and went on ab my business. Today I come in a few weeks after my bday but cookie is still there and says I can redeem until May 21. I got 2 kids meals in which she told me would come with apple sauce or a cookie. I choose the cookies for both. I then presented my free cookie and she told me I'd have to buy another one to get it free? Like what? 😂 anyways- the real kicker- my bill was only 23 bucks with ONLY ONE LESS MEAL?!? I'm baffled. Yall need to get it together subway! (Also no my sub was not the deal of the day so there were no deals given out to get a much cheaper price!!)

  I always order online but they always get it done so quik and always follow all my difficult instructions/customizations. Highly recommend:)

  App doesn’t have an option to add a Pattie. The guy who’s in the restaurant is unable to add it even though he has patties.
