  Went into the store on Saturday the 29th for some coolant and hose clamps. As soon as I walk in, a employee sitting at the front watching his phone started to talk to another employee and started to cuss real loud while another customer and their child were in the store for them to hear. As I went to the front I asked if they had any hose clamps for a 3/4 OD hose in the back because the size I needed was not out front. The employee went into the back and came back with hose clamps for 2" to 3" hoses in a pack and said "this is the only pack I have in the back but it's only a 2 pack". I said this isn't going to work as I said 3/4" clamps not 2" to 3". The lack of knowledge and competence in this store has gone drastically downhill considering there is a commercial section with every size clamp you could need but they couldn't be bothered to go look. This store has gone downhill and should really have a look at their training procedures.

  I had such a great experience! The store manager was so kind and helpful when I needed my battery replaced. He made everything easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated the great customer service. Thank you again! 😊

  The GM George G was excellent. We had an issue the occurred and he took care of it right away and stayed in contact until the matter was handled.

  When I came in to pick up a headlight (one that I already researched would fit my car), I received sexist comments by an older employee. Asking me if I was "sure it was the right one", making me tell him my model of car even though I told him I already checked it was correct on their website before pickup, asking if my "husband sent me to get it and if he will install it for me" (im a teenager mind you), and got visibly annoyed when I told him I was going to replace it myself. I felt very uncomfortable alone in the store with this man. The advance autoparts off of 115 is much better, or the oriellys off of gilead.
