  We cannot say enough good things about The UPS Store in Hudson! We have had our UPS mailbox here for quite a while, and Chance and the entire team are absolutely wonderful. They receive packages for us, help us with shipping, Amazon returns, and we have also use their shredding services. No matter what we stop in for, everyone is always friendly, helpful, efficient, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. Having a reliable place to receive our mail and packages is incredibly important to us, and we never have to worry about a thing with this team. Chance and everyone here go above and beyond and have created the kind of customer service that keeps you coming back. If you're looking for a mailbox, need to ship a package, have documents to shred, or need any of the other services they offer, we highly recommend The UPS Store in Hudson. Five stars from us — we're very happy customers!

  Horrible service! The system kept shutting down and the young lady working didn’t know what to do. I waited with over 10 other customers for my packages to be scanned for return. When checking the status it shows the packages were never returned. Thankfully I have the return receipt, audio and video recordings that document the horrible service and confirm the items were returned. I will be filling an official complaint.
