  i dont like leaving bad reviews but im tired of recieving the wrong items or missing items. i ordered through the subway app today and when i recieved my order i was missing the cookie i ordered and they gave me the wrong bag of chips with my order. my sandwich was supposed to be toasted but it feels like someone put it in a refridgerator. its almost ice cold, and the cheese isnt melted, which it always is when they toast it(for my order at least). this isnt the first time this has happened either, and theres no way to refund the order through the app, and the ai chatbot on their website keeps resetting after i click the answer to the first question it gives me, so i cant get the refund that way either. im just disappointed and sad.

  Stale bread.....every single time and almost no tuna on said stale bread.

  This place sucks. I wanted them to warm the chicken up and not toast my bun, so they lay my bun on that nasty looking counter while they warmed up the chicken. I went to eat it and the chicken still cold as ice.. this subway is horrible.

  Pretty annoying when multiple staff members are more interested in joking on that clock instead of working. The sign was turned on, the sub line was prepped, the gas station attendant even went back there to inform the employees, yet the clock kept ticking & nobody came out - if you were closed or not in the mood to work just say your closed instead of having people stand there for no reason.
