  I got a package shipped there because it would’ve been more expensive to ship it to my house but when the package finally arrived at the UPS store in Hope Mills North Carolina they charge me another $20 just to pick up the item. Very disappointing when I was told that it would only be a five dollar pick up. The manager informed me that it was a franchise and they can charge whatever they want.

  Very rude staff. Went to turn in spectrum equipment, stated she couldn't take it because of a cord attached. So I removed the cord, no problem. Then she wanted to complain about piece of dust on it, so I wiped the microscopic piece of dust i couldn't see off. She just mainly wanted an argument.

  Worst experience ever. I did receive my package but customer service is terrible at this location. Christopher was very rude and disrespectful. I told him i would not like to be called ma’am as i am 10 years younger than him id like to be called “young lady” yet he still continued to do it. Then accused me of taking pictures of him?He doesn’t seem to know anything about company policy either, when i asked him how could i get my package delivered or change stores he said he doesn’t know. My next experience was very smooth with a female employee whose name I don’t know.
