  0-3...Gave Wingstop another chance after staying away for almost a year because of previous poor service. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. I’ve now given this location three chances, and all three times my order has been incorrect. I’m not expecting perfection, but getting the order right should be the bare minimum. After three disappointing experiences, I won’t be giving them a fourth chance. Very disappointing.

  Unfortunately, my order was made incorrectly. I ordered the 50-piece Mix & Match Party Pack with 25 Original Hot bone-in wings and 25 Hickory Smoked BBQ boneless wings. Instead, I received what appeared to be two orders of boneless wings, so the entire 25-piece bone-in portion of the order was missing. This was especially frustrating considering the order was over $78 and was a larger party order. I contacted the restaurant, and to their credit, they did work with me and issued a $30 partial refund, which I appreciate. That said, a refund doesn’t completely fix the situation when you’re expecting a specific amount and type of food for a group and don’t realize the order is wrong until you get home. I appreciate them trying to make it right, but I definitely think orders this size need to be checked more carefully before being handed to the customer. Hopefully this was just a one-time mistake, but it was a disappointing experience.

  They should hire staff who do want to work in this business. Only lazy people work who don't want to do anything and serve customers in a bad way. It's not possible that they are so young and don't have the energy to work and get orders out quickly
