    I would not recommend this place at all bad customer service my order was wrong and did not make it right i talked to the manager the next day did not really seem to care at all will not be going here at all no more

    I just found out the hard way that these franchise Wingstop's like to play with your money. And they don't like to make food even though you order during business hours. In no way shape or form would I as a manager give a customer a hard time knowing that my employees did not do what they're supposed to do by filling orders. It wouldn't be a problem if they cancel my order while they were being lazy and didn't want to make the order. But the issue is they took my money and charged me and my food wasn't delivered. I'm glad that my DoorDash driver that picked up the food even though I ordered through the Wingstop app actually drove to my house to tell me that the employers are being lazy and would not make the food on April 28th. I called twice when they opened on April 29th and did not get an answer. They're saying their phone isn't working. I go up there and the manager won't give me my money saying that it's pending. I show the manager that the money is not pending in my account and that it was taken out last night. I don't have time today to sit there and wait for the food to be made. I went in there telling them I don't want the food I just want my money back. Any manager with proper training would know that you need to give that customer their money back instead of playing with people's money. This Wingstop really need some training for their managers. Because the managers is there right now is not cutting it. Your best bet is to not even order from there

    Why would my order be cancelled if I placed the order at 1123 and it says it was picked up at 1140? My money was pulled and the driver reported on the app that my order was picked up. The driver literally drive to my house to tell me that Wing stop cancelled my order. But took my money. That is wild and crazy. Really need to do better. The order should have never been accepted if it was going to be cancelled and my money kept. I hope management had a resulting when I come in tomorrow to get my money.
