  I was wearing a Survivor buff as I came into the store to purchase a new battery and as I was being helped by an employee, an employee began speaking very loudly to two of his co workers saying “If any of my employees watch Survivor or Big Brother, they aren’t working for me”, openly talking about something I am wearing and therefore enjoy….?? After we purchased our battery, the same worker comes up to us asking us if we speak Spanish?? Advance Manager… let’s encourage our employees to not talk about customers negatively that loudly!!

  Went in today to get a new battery and the gentleman there were great! Therman was the one who ended up changing out my battery for me. He was attentive and made sure everything was set and my car was working properly! Before I even purchased, he made sure to ask me several questions about why I thought it might be my battery to make sure that I was on the right track and that it was truly my battery. Thanks again for your help and patience!
