I was immediately greeted by 1 of your team members (the other was in deep courteously helping another customer), and he allowed my dog to come inside. Fabio G. was very friendly and asked if I was picking up an order. As I was giving him all the info, the second team member picked up on it and brought me my item. Super efficient duo — older guys but they absolutely rocked my morning visit to your store. Probably best Advance Auto Parts store I’ve ever been to, hands down.

Fabio sold me the wrong headlight for my car for 30 dollars, told me if it didn’t fit I could bring it back and get the right one. Brought it back when it didn’t fit, they would not exchange it for the right one and I had to pay another 20 dollars. Absolute ripoff I want my money back

Literally the best advance auto I've been to in our state. They spoke to me when I walked in. Great atmosphere. I will definitely be back.

My battery was only 14 months old and the dealer refused to cover it. The manager tried like heck to get them to replace it and when it didn't happen, he reluctantly sold me a battery and installed it. Great guy, great job! There's a reason this is my goto car place in Holly Springs!

Therman was an INCREDIBLE help when I needed a new tail light. Even installed it and showed me how to do it for the next time. He has a customer for life now! Thank you so much, Therman!
