  We placed an order. The bag when you read the tag says one of one and two of two because they put both stickers on the same bag and they covered up part of the order. It was incomplete. I didn't get all my food I tipped. I paid for delivery and they miss bagging my order. They left off my whole order of fries. I've tried calling can't get no answer. All it does is answer and hang up. It makes an awful noise and nobody responds here. I am trying to celebrate my birthday and I can't even get my order. Can't get nobody to answer. Give no money back. Talk to you or help you. This is what you get when you have an AI system and people ordering online and people wanting $20 an hour to fill orders, it can't even read a ticket and fill it correctly. I don't understand why people think they should deserve $20 an hour and can't even read a ticket and make sure that what's on the ticket is in the bag. Do you really think you deserve that with giving service like this? You won't answer the phone cuz you expect an AI system to do it for you. You don't feel an order correctly cuz you ain't getting enough money because you think you deserve 20 but you can't even fill an order that shouldn't take somebody that's 5 years old that could read it and put it in the bag like it says correctly. All you got to do is read and put it in the bag

  I am a regular here but today was disappointing. Waited A Good 10 mins before I was even acknowledged. They are more focused on online orders. A Girl finally walks up and asked am I picking up . I said no, I need to order, shes says order online with an attitude. I said well online requires a card and I have cash. She said well you have to order online or call in ( calling in doesnt make sense bc drawer has to still be worked) I asked why couldnt I order at the register she said she isnt running the drawer. They almost never answer for call ins btw. Its about 5 people in there. its a bit ridiculous that Not one person working can/ know how to work the drawer. I did not get to order . Do better !

  Just got done eating here and the lady took care of us. Food was hot and delicious. She was running the store by herself and did her thing!

  i got wing stop a few days ago, the food tasted great, however i’ve been on and off the toilet puking and shitting my brains out for days. i’m not sure if it’s food poisoning or if the food just isn’t cooked all the way but i wouldn’t recommend eating here.

  I’m a regular at this Wingstop and I keep coming back not just for the wings, but for the incredible service. The manager Laneisha is always so professional and welcoming, making sure every guest feels taken care of. You can tell the whole team reflects that positive energy. Highly recommend this location!"
