  I am very disappointed with this restaurant’s service. My order was incorrect, several items were missing, and I was charged three times on my card. This is completely unacceptable and very irresponsible. The customer service was poor, and the entire experience was frustrating. I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

  Online special $30 meal 30 wings large fry carrots and celery and 3 dips. Hubby went and pick up the order but when we got home fries weren’t there. Called and was told there wasn’t and order for fries. Checked my end and she was correct. I asked if i brought Back the veggies can i get the fries. I’m not sure what happened because i even Customized the fries wanting them well done. The person i spoke with stated she was the manager on duty but she had to be new because she doesn’t have the authority to make decisions and was calling someone else but they weren’t answering her calls. Also speaks to leadership. You should train your employees or be available when they are that new and scared of what to do. Either way the young lady said just come back and I’ll make you the fries. When i get there i assume the person she was calling is now at the store. With the nasty attitude. Asked me if i brought Back the veggies. Was accusatory like i lied and wanted a bunch of celery that I’m not going to eat. I let her know that the person I was speaking to just told me to come back. So she gave me the fries this one time. The sad part is there was this girl wait that witnessed this entire situation and she tell the manager i placed an order 2 weeks ago and i wasnt given my fries. Did they look up the order? Ask for her receipt give and nasty snarky comments? No the same unidentified woman says just give them to her they are just fries. Funny how different people get different responses. Yes this other girl was white and I’m black. Sad part is the one acting as if i was stealing was also black. If i order again I’ll definitely be going to n main.

  $32 10 flats, no flavor.. my voodoo fries had way more seasoning. Fries had a weird taste to them. No fork or napkins or straw.. Wings fried well, gonna get from north main next time.
