Courtney is a sure fire win; I have encountered her many of times and she has never been anything less than professional. Today I met Austin and he matches her energy! I have always been welcomed into the store. They are very warm and helpful. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE AMAZON SELF DROP OFF! Yes!
People, it's a game changer!
Just do it yourself. 2 buttons.
My favorite store 💜

I go to the one on Skeet Club Rd, High Pt, NC frequently. But on this particular Fri, 9/25/26 I had the absolute good fortune of having a woman named Stefani assist me in faxing several pages & want to acknowledge that she was so patient, helpful, professional & kind! USP (& others) need more like her! Thank you again Stefani for not making an 86 y/o woman feel like a pain (you know where) because she didn't know what she was doing!

Very worst experience, the guy at the counter asked us to use self kiosk for amazon return and then when associate help is needed, he says to come in the line although I was in the line till my turn. Seemed rude and biased helping out certain people and not everyone. I waited 15mins for not getting my work done.
Same store I had best experience with ladies who had helped me certain times but this is very unfair

I had such a great experience at The UPS Store! The staff was polite, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Even though my return was through FedEx, they still offered to print my return slip, knowing FedEx would charge me more. Allie was especially sweet and provided superb customer service! I truly appreciate the kindness and willingness to help. Whenever possible, this will definitely be my go-to for all my shipping needs! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
EDIT AFTER STORE RESPONSE: I want to clarify that the conversation described in the store’s response did not happen.
I was charged $5 per box for my July shipment and again $5 per box for my August shipment. I was never told that the $5 charge in August was a courtesy, that future shipments would be $10 per box, or that renting a mailbox would reduce the receiving fee.
In fact, the manager referenced in the response was not at this location when I picked up my August shipment. A male employee called me to let me know my shipment had arrived and a male trainee was who handled my pickup and payment the following day in August.
After being charged the same $5 per-box fee for two consecutive months, I had no reason to expect that the same size boxes would suddenly be charged at double the rate in September. I first learned of the $10 charge when I was notified by phone my boxes had arrived in September.
I don’t want to turn this review into a back-and-forth. I’m simply correcting the record because the conversation described in the store’s response is not a conversation that occurred with me.
ORIGINAL POST - I’ve used this UPS Store to receive shipments for my small business, and unfortunately my most recent experience was very disappointing.
Before I ever had products shipped here, I went into the store and spoke directly with the manager to make sure I understood the receiving fees. I was told it would be $5 per box.
In July, I had a shipment of approximately 18 boxes delivered and was charged $5 per box. In August, I had 32 boxes delivered and again was charged $5 per box.
This month (Sept), I had another shipment of 18 boxes delivered—the same size boxes I had received previously. The manager called to let me know they had arrived, I was told the fee was now $10 per box.
When I questioned why the price had suddenly doubled, I was told the fee was based on the size of the boxes. I explained that these were the same size boxes they had received for me before at $5 each. The manager literally chuckled and said she had to charge what her GM told her to charge.
At that point, I really had no choice but to pay the $180 charge because they were holding approximately $1,500 worth of my business inventory.
I completely understand that businesses sometimes need to change their pricing. What I don’t think is reasonable is doubling a fee without notifying a customer—especially after I specifically came into the store beforehand to confirm the cost and had two previous shipments charged at the rate I was quoted.
I’m attaching photos showing the boxes from the previous shipments and this shipment so others can see that the box size did not change.
Had I been told in advance that the receiving fee had doubled, I could have made a different decision about where to have my inventory shipped. Instead, I found out only after the products were already there and I had no practical choice but to pay the new rate.
