  My 12 year old niece went in there and ordered her a sub with all the money she had saved up from babysitting and they forgot to put lettuce on her sub so we get back home and I called the restaurant and they told me there are no managers there and I also think my niece should have been able to get a little gift card for a sub or something I mean we're not greedy we didn't expect a lot but pretty much it was you can drive all the way across town and we can remake another one I consider that pretty unprofessional and my niece really should have been compensated in some other way than for me to have to drive her all the way back across town we're not a rich family we don't have money to drive back and forth back and forth because of someone else's mistake. In my opinion the branch was very unprofessional unprepared and what are the main things about a sub sandwich is lettuce and my main concern was the whole thing about there's no manager here and I can't access the the office all that that was unprofessional at the very least she should have been giving some kind of gift card or something so when we we're capable of getting her back up there she would get what she actually wanted the first time
