The building and inside dining area appeared clean and well-kept when I walked in. I stopped by to grab a tuna sub, and the sandwich itself tasted pretty good and hit the spot.
However, there were a couple of things that kept this from being a top-notch experience. First, My server wouldn't let me use my coupon because they already had a daily special running, which felt a bit restrictive since you'd expect to be able to use a valid coupon anytime before the expiration date. The service was okay and the person making the sandwich was polite enough, but the transaction felt a little rushed and hurried through.
Down on the food line, I also noticed that some of the ingredient containers weren't completely filled up. No matter what time a customer walks through the door, those bins should look fresh, stocked, and ready to go.
Overall, the food is good and the place is clean, but the rushed pace and the empty containers mean it doesn't quite hit that highest mark. It’s a fair, decent spot, but there’s room for improvement on staying on top of the food line.
