  subway needs to train the franchisee how to run the store. I have tried to go to north main Street in high point the last 2 weeks. 1 week they are out of tuna fish. this week no tomatoes, onions or spinach. learn how to order

  Terrible service from the two people there; the guy working was bored and unhelpful. I asked if they had more vegetables, and he said there was nothing left. Then another customer arrived, and they went to get more cheese—which they had denied me—yet they still charged me. It’s a terrible place with terrible staff; it was a bad decision to shop there.

  Idk what the issue is with the employees but the attitude is never needed, my friends and i came in and a girl made a face once we came in and she just asked us how many subs then kept up whatever attitude she had, we were not loud or disrespectful not once but that’s the kind of service they wanna give🤷🏽‍♀️

  This Subway store here on N. Main needs to be shutdown. If anyone has a way for me to report a subway store, the employee I dealt with and her manager please let me know. I don't bother anyone ok. And this little girl cursed me out and so did her manager. I ordered food online and for pickup and it showed it was ready. I have Nye go in and she is waiting. I said we did online and she says you have to wait I'm helping other people. They keep the orders behind the counter. So I was like..why can't she just hand us the food. Well she never made it. She said look this ticket says Stephanie. It isn't ready. I said well that is all you had to say. She said I don't have time for this as far as I am concerned you can get a refund. I said ok do that then. She said..you will have to wait. I said no..you can give me my money back now. She said I dont have time for this shit. You aren't going to get on my nerves. She said you can speak to my manager. She goes in the back and calls her manager and tells her I am harassing her. She comes back out with her on speaker and the manager tells me..I am not going to harass her employee. I can get my money back from my bank. I said nope..yall will give it to me..she said we can't. You need to get out my store and stop being disruptive in my store. I said..nope..I'm going to wait and you can make the food. I proceed to tell her the order to make it easier she said...stop talking...I have the receipts here I can read. I kept being petty ....I kept telling her what was next. She gets even more mad. I'm just trying to help. Then she didn't cut the sandwiches..I said super nice...you aren't going to cut it? She pulls it out the paper and stabs it...🤣 And she dumps salt on it...now listen. Anyone knows me...knows...I am not for any mess and I don't take any either. I almost caught a case over this little disrespectful 20 some year old girl. And her manager and she did not have on a name tag..wouldn't give her name or her managers. But social media speaks volumes. I will post everywhere I have to for her to go viral. She not only mistreated me but other people in there. She said she was new and she was the only one there..if you are new..why don't you have any help. This store needs to be stopped and shut down. They are rude and no wonder..the managers train them that way. But they won't get anymore money from me!
