Came in, the guy was welcoming, place is clean. Very greatfull for the fast service. The food tasted good as alwayes. Huge fan of this franchise. There are some tips I would like to adress. The employees alwayes have to look at their figure. They become the face of the franchise especially for a first time clients. I have subway only once maybe twice a year. The guy servicing us had a piece of cheese in his hair. It was not a small cheese. With visuals like that the food cam seem less appealing. The placement of objects on the sandwich was very disorganized. I know that food taste the same regardless, but costumers like to be cared for and felt like they are cared for. Something simple like this goes a very long way and brings smiles. Smiles are important because for some people, this is the highlight of their day. It can also show the effort the person is placing at work. All in all, I love the franchise and the food, but thiese tips will help thos individual grow in the future and surprise their employers :)
Do NOT go here. Placed an online order. Arrived to pick it up. Was told they didn’t have anything we ordered. When I asked for a refund they told me I had to do so in the app. Nope, they are independently owned so corporate told me to go back in store for a refund. This was Sunday and I’ve yet to get my $30 back. I didn’t mind they didn’t have ingredients, but not giving me my money back is horrible.

Subway is one of my fav places to eat, after a 20 min drive I got there and they were out of or didnt have available multiple things, including bread, jalepenos and several different items for toppings. We did and were able to get wheat bread which all in all was very good. I understand the missing things due to fuel prices being so high. It was just as good as normal, love Subway!
Couldn’t finish my sandwich. Meat tasted bad and was out of cheddar cheese. My sandwich wasn’t even toasted at all. Also the soda machine was broken.

Don’t go here they still your money and won’t answer the phone to get give you a refund.
Basically, we went in last night 5/4/2026, We ordered two subs from the app went to go pick them up. Did not receive a phone call from the store when we arrived. The boy named Jackson said that he did not make our subs because they were out of the ingredients to make it. So we asked for a refund which then he refused us a refund and said that he was not able to get his manager on the line. He was the only one there he is not a manager. I called this morning to receive my refund and nobody will answer the phone. There’s no Phone number for anyone higher apparently so I’m just screwed out of my money. They better be glad that I don’t sue this location over the money that is owed to me. I will not be returning to any of the Subway® locations as they have all acted very unprofessional in this situation.
