  THIS IS NOT ABOUT THIS LOCATION BUT FEDEX.COM CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THIS LOCATION ROCKS AND YOU SHOULD ABSOLUTELY USE THEM. I placed an order for a photo print today and tried to get information about it. Calling customer service for fed ex is absolutely ridiculous. They didn't give me a tracking number because I ordered pick up in store. But without a tracking number I was literally hung up on then told they couldn't help me. When I asked to speak to someone above the customer service rep, they told me they couldn't help me without a tracking number!! I will NOT be using fedex.Com ever again. I highly recommend you go in store, they are lovely

  Was given an online ready date of 2 days in the future, stopped by and the ladies behind the counter offered tips on ordering to save money, as well as having my documents printed within the hour! Great service and speed of transaction. Also plenty of parking

  I was supposed to leave a review a while ago for Easter and I didn’t because of life and I’m so sorry to the nice fedex woman that helped me and her manager but they are amazing here and I appreciate you guys soooooooo much they got my package to my babies for Easter and at a great price truly amazing and have great customer service I was honestly so stressed out and they helped me and were so patient and reassuring thank you guys I will always choose FedEx for my shipping needs 🩵🩵
